Whether you’re looking to host a rehearsal dinner, plan an intimate wedding or book the Inn so 12 of your family and friends can stay together in style while they celebrate your big day, we have it all!  We can currently host 30 people for either the rehearsal dinner or intimate ceremony, depending on if it’s for an indoor or outdoor celebration.

We do have a 3-night minimum requirement when booking lodging for the entire Inn, but we are wiling to offer wedding groups the option of booking 2 nights of lodging + one event if that works better for their group!

Please note that during the high season weekends of May - October, we cannot accept bookings for solely a rehearsal dinner if requested for  Thursday - Sunday. If you only want to book the Inn for day-of use for a rehearsal dinner or welcome cocktails, this can only happen Monday - Wednesday during high season.

What’s Included in the Price:

• 3 Homemade farm tables that can fit up to 30 people (built by the women Owners!)

• 6 Homemade benches that can fit up to 30 people (built by the women Owners!)

• 20 Supplemental wooden chairs

• 3 Outdoor couches with boho pillows and blankets

• Beautiful cafe lights hanging in the backyard

• Succulents, plants, vases and candles for table arrangement

• Indoor and Outdoor Sonos speakers

• Full access and use of the 1st floor which includes front porch, library, spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, dining room, mudroom, private bathroom and backyard with wrap-around porch

• Help with any coordination of event setup, leading up to the event provided by the Hosts

• Ability to ship any items related to the event or for the wedding group to the Inn and be stored here until date of event

• Help with setup and take down provided by the hosts, as well as coordination with any furniture rental companies

• Two large trash bins and proper trash and recycling disposal taken care of by the hosts

• Coordination of food donation to local Buena Vista Mission Church of any unwanted leftovers taken care of by the hosts

*Please note that all parties that host events at the Inn are required to carry their own event insurance and provide proof of that as well (at least 60 days prior to the event date.)
